2. How big are the comforters?

All comforters are Queen / Oversized Queen size:
200 × 230 cm

3. How much do they weigh?

Each blanket has its own weight (between 4 kg and 5 kg).
Weight is listed at the top of each product page.

4. How do I wash it?

Care instructions:

This keeps the faux-fur fluffy and prevents flattening.

5. Do you offer local pickup in Kamloops?

Yes! Pickup is free.
Just message us before paying so you aren’t charged the shipping fee.

6. Do you deliver locally?

Yes, within Kamloops for a small distance-based fee.

7. Do you ship outside Canada?

U.S. shipping is coming soon.
International buyers can message for a custom quote.

8. Do you accept returns?

Due to hygiene and handling restrictions for bedding, all sales are final.
We will replace any item that arrives damaged. See return policy page

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and ship via tracked parcel.
